Are we capable of controlling our minds even when we’re asleep? Some people have imagined worlds and conjured books through lucid dreaming. What is the fascination with ransacking our semi-consciousness mind? Does mastering lucidity unlock worlds of tangible possibilities more than imagination does?

Tony Estrella is a global digital health expert and fiction writer who wrote his debut fiction novel Comatose through lucid dreaming.


Josh Gooley is an Associate Professor in the Neuroscience and Behavioural Disorders Programme at Duke-NUS Medical School, and the Principal Investigator of the Chronobiology and Sleep Laboratory at Singapore General Hospital.


Delphine Supanya self-healed her paralysis and reversed her auto-immune condition using the power of her mind through Inner Voyage Integration, a process she discovered.
