Best known for inventing the Segway and the iBOT, Dean Kamen’s creations have advanced healthcare worldwide – from the first wearable insulin pump to disruptive dialysis machines to manufacturing organs. He also founded FIRST® and FIRST Global with a mission to inspire and excite youth about STEM.

Dean has received a Global Humanitarian Award from the UN and the US National Medal of Technology.
