Banshu Ikkon is located in Shiso city of Hyogo Prefecture, an area renowned for its incredibly soft water. The brewery’s seasonal releases sell out very quickly and their Daiginjo has attained international recognition winning gold awards at competitions in Japan, London, and Paris.

Secure this rare opportunity to enjoy a dinner and sake pairing with Yuichi Tsubosaka, the 7th generation master brewer and owner of Banshu Ikkon, and hear his story of survival after a fire broke out in the brewery in November 2018.
