An Introduction to Reiki

Reiki is a natural and completely non-intrusive process of strengthening the recipient of the Reiki energy. Reiki helps to heal physical illness and injuries as well as emotional ones. It can dissolve stress and release anger or trauma. Reiki is essentially the transfer of the universal energy that keeps living beings alive, known in different traditions as prana, qi or ki.

The talk will include a short demonstration with a volunteer.

Pamposh Dhar is the Founder of the Terataii wellness centre, a Reiki Master, a meditation and mindfulness teacher, a counsellor and coach.
