Cocktail Week: Tea-tail cocktail class with Shuzo

Hailing all the way from Tokyo, Shuzo Nagumo makes a debut at 1880. Renowned for his foie gras vodka, Shuzo will take you on a journey of mixology with the use of unorthodox techniques and unusual ingredients. For this tea-tail cocktail workshop, Shuzo will demonstrate to us a blending technique that he has developed to subtract and maximize the natural flavors of the teas which he sources carefully from different parts of Japan. He is the first to produce the gyokuryou tea spirit, the highest grade of green tea using decompression distillation.
