Before you make the massive decision to take 168 hours off life in a remote part of the world, you might want to consider a weekend retreat with all the wellness benefits, without having to leave town. Get a solid burst of new life with this full spectrum of classes – from HIIT to meditation, sound yoga to a guided silent walk. Let’s cheers to that.

HIIT with George & Tiffany
A full bodyweight cardiovascular training. The session involves intense bursts of maximum-effort exercise with short active recovery. It will keep your calories burning for hours.

Wellness Talk with Neri
An interactive talk with Neri the Osteopath from Edge Healthcare. Neri will guide you through various functional tests to see just how well your body moves and guide you along corrective exercises for faulty movement patterns.

Yoga + Sound with Brandon
Flow it up and slow it down. In this combination session, expect a segment of higher intensity flow movements followed by restorative and yin-inspired poses. Be enveloped by the sounds of singing bowls – a collection of metal and crystal vessels that encourage relaxation.

Silent Walk
A purposeful walking meditation that will help you gain awareness of your internal and external environments by being present.

Meditation with Tara
Allow Tara to take you through guided visualisations that will help you to release the tension in your mind and body. All it takes is just closing your eyes and focusing on her voice. When you get lost, simply start over. You can only get better.
