She’s known as one of the world’s best sommeliers. Julie Dupouy has held the title of Best Sommelier in Ireland since 2009, and was 3rd in ASI World Championship, 2016. Together with master cognac blenders the Vallantin-Dulac family, they have designed two limited edition, contemporary cognacs that are truly magical. We invite you to discover EXSTO Cognacs Elixir and OR Impérial this evening, over a special pairing dinner prepared by our own Chef Colin and Julie Dupouy.

$98 includes cognac and dinner
