Build strength, stamina, and flexibility as you make fluid transitions between poses that promotes focus and calmness. All levels welcome.


Shu Ting is a certified yoga instructor who has expanded her teaching to Detox and Digestion, Hip Flexibility, Yoga for Runners, Chair Yoga for the Office, and Yoga Therapy for Climbers.

Reservations may be cancelled two days before the event date to avoid a full charge.
Please note that there is limited capacity and sign-ups will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis. As a courtesy to other members, we request that you attend the events you have signed up for.
