Gene Genius with Nobel Prize winner, Sir Richard J. Roberts FRS

By December 26, 2018 No Comments
Sir Richard J. Roberts is not your average scientist. Not only did he win the 1993 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for his discovery of gene-splicing, he has also been instrumental in making genetic tools available to scientists around the world in his capacity as Chief Scientific Officer at New England Biolabs. As a strong proponent of GM food, Sir Richard will share his vision of how biotechnology can solve the world’s most pressing problems. It promises to be a thought-provoking evening.
