The problem with diets that limit a food source or completely cut things out don’t quite offer long-term gains. What are the biggest diet trends for 2020 and what should we do about them? Alex Salihin is the founder and Head Coach of Level; a boutique fitness and rehab facility in Singapore. Besides spending his time educating and mentoring fitness trainers, he works with rehab clients and folks who are interested in longevity within fitness and bettering their quality of life.
