Imagining Asian Cities in 2050

By October 23, 2019 No Comments
With rapid urbanisation and greater infrastructural connectivity, Asia is poised to become a dominant economic powerhouse by 2050. Yet the region is fraught with many challenges brought about by urbanisation and a greying population. What will an Asian city look like in the future and how will it be influenced by digital solutions and AI? Will we see a blurring of the urban-rural divide? Four panellists from different geographical contexts will share their speculative future vision for their city.

We will have a representative each from DPRK, 100 Resilience Cities, Andrew Lim of WeGo, and Kyle Farrell of Block by Block.
