The mental health crisis intersects every continent, culture, and generation. Millions of people mask or cope with these conditions every day to sustain relationships and work responsibilities. How do we overcome personal barriers and seek connection instead of choosing isolation? How should society respond in a way that is healthy and helpful? How can business owners incorporate compassion into their companies and daily operations?

Richard Poulton
is the Managing Director at AFEX who has spoken about meditation and mindfulness at the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and World Inner Peace Celebration.

Jennifer Davis has over 20 years of experience in psychotherapy and coaching, and is currently the Director of Student Personal and Professional Leadership at Duke-NUS.

Dr Jonathan Marshall is a leadership psychologist and executive coach. He works with Yale-NUS, INSEAD, MNCs, government ministries, and professional athletes.

Linda Collins
is a copyeditor on the political desk of The Straits Times and is the author of Loss Adjustment, a personal memoir following her daughter’s suicide.
