Where the breath goes, the mind follows. When we can harness the breath, we extend our vitality and greatly increase our energy, health, and well-being. This month’s meditation will begin with powerful breathing techniques to activate your energy and calm your mind, so you can enter a deeper state of relaxation during the meditation.
