Monday Meditation with Jose Maria Bustos

There is light within all of us, but our thoughts, bogged down by the past and future, often keep us from accessing it. This month’s meditation focuses on calming your mind and being more aware of what you let in it, to awaken your natural state of joy and love.

Jose Maria Bustos is a 50-year practitioner of meditation, and the founder of The Betterment Singapore. He has studied Vedantic Meditation and Reiki.
