Channel your kids’ energy into an exhilarating muay thai class. They will be engaging both mind and body as they learn the basic techniques of this ancient martial art.

Deon Augustine has been training muay thai for 12 years, and has won multiple World Muay Thai Organisation (WMO) championship titles.
