No Boys Allowed: What your mother never told you about menopause

By January 7, 2019 No Comments
It’s such an uncomfortable topic that few dare to talk about it. You probably glean your understanding from Google or distraught friends and family. So before you pull your hair out, let’s learn how menopause can affect you and your family, and how generations of women have experienced and overcome the inevitable.

Panellists

Lisa Spiteri works in FX as a Regional Director of Bank Sales, when she’s not dying her hair pink or relaxing on a beach. Her sometimes traumatic experience with menopause has encouraged her to open up the dialogue about a very challenging chapter that all women face.

Dr. Julinda Lee is a gynaecologist, obstetrician, and nutritionist. A warrior for women, she’s fondly known as the “Hormone Whisper” to Lisa and her other clients, and has helped them navigate through their emotional and physical experiences with menopause.

Jasrin Singh is an Executive Coach. She is also a Thinking into Results Consultant, a trained yoga and meditation practitioner, a Barrett Values Centre Consultant, and a Neuro Linguistics Programming Coach. Jasrin has been studying the human condition for more than ten years.
