From Third World to First, women are united in a battle for greater equality. Female microentrepreneurs in developing countries face mindsets that limit their chance of success. At the very highest echelons of the tech world, many women confront social obstacles that limit their potential. What conventions do we need to challenge? How can we rewrite the rules to build a more equitable world?

Joanna Flint is the Managing Director for Strategic Agency Partnerships & Innovation (Asia Pacific) at Google.

is a keynote speaker, author, and the President of Maspira Groupe, a strategy consultancy focused on growth acceleration and brand activation.
