Story Alive

16 April @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm SMT

How do we talk to kids about hard things like natural disasters and crises around the world? This interactive session will involve the kids in bringing alive a story filled with resilience and hope, based on the experiences of a family rebuilding their home after a typhoon. They will get to ask questions, express themselves, cultivate empathy and a global perspective.

Facilitated by Sahirrah, a drama educator at Allegra Productions.

$18++ per kid

Parents are welcome to join a short session at 11am held concurrently in The Double with author Rachel Nadia Goh to hear about the real-life inspiration of the story. Rachel draws from her experience in humanitarian work for over 13 years to tell stories of children through KIN Collective.

If you are unable to make it, please inform us 48 hours in advance to avoid a full charge, and so another member can attend. Thank you.
