Summer Lab: Mindful Writing with Shalini Damodaran

The session begins with a simple guided meditation that leads to creative writing. Further your own personal journey in written expression and participate in others’ practices as mindfulness opens up new paths of exploration.

Please bring your own writing materials.

Shalini Damodaran is an 1880 member and a published writer.

$30 includes coffee & tea
