It is said that wine tastings with Tom Benns, winemaker at the Dr. Bürklin-Wolf Estate for 20 years, and a self-confessed Riesling Freak, has attained “cult status” – a result of the inimitable way in which he presents wines.

Join him as he takes you through the taste sensations of Rieslings from the Estate, elegantly paired with a delectable selection of canapés paired by Executive Chef Colin Buchan.

The Dr. Bürklin-Wolf Estate has a tradition dating back to 1597, and is one of the treasure troves in Germany. It made history in 2005 when it became the first German member of the Biodyvin group, accorded only to vineyards that are farmed entirely biodynamically.
