The resurrection of Malbec was pioneered by Bodega Catena Zapata. Their dedication has allowed us to enjoy the rich history of Catena wines today. Through an interactive five-course pairing dinner that parallels the wine’s journey over generations, trace its roots back in the Roman times, to near extinction in France, and finally, the great rebirth in Argentina.
