LITTLE YOGI with Annabel 10am – 10.45am
Help our kids build their imagination and strengthen their developing bodies through poses (asanas), breathing exercises, games, and storytelling all in one class.
Suitable for ages 3 to 8
Location: Studio

Annabel has ten years of yoga experience, and as a mother of two, she has witnessed her daughters reap the benefits of yoga in flexibility, teamwork, and overall mental and physical stamina. She is also a member of 1880.

COFFEE CUPPING CLASS with Rudy 10am – 11am
Together with Working Class Coffee, your resident barista, Rudy, will take you on a sensory journey of brewing and tasting this common man drug. You will be introduced to the entire spectrum of flavours to refine your coffee palate.
Location: Members Lounge
Working Class Coffee is an independent, locally owned coffee roastery under Park Bench Deli. They are a community driven and family-inspired coffee brand that keeps sh*t real.
Rudy Othman is the Head Barista at 1880. In addition to giving you your daily dose of caffeine, he turns stories behind the machine into alluring cinematic videos at @rudyozman.

VINYASA FLOW with Krishna 11am – 12pm
Working under the guidance of his spiritual masters, Krishna incorporates elements of yoga, meditation, holistic fitness, pilates, aerobics, and spiritual knowledge in his teaching.

THE ART OF STORYTELLING with Paul Carr 11am – 1pm
Sharing a great story is like giving your audience a gift, because it will stay with them. What are the ways to captivate them? How do you handle difficult questions? Expect a practical and interactive session to go from good to great.
Location: Private Dining Room
Paul Carr is a part-time presenter on GOLD 90FM, and previously a news presenter on 938NOW. Prior to that, he was a Senior News Presenter and Journalist with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. He has had extensive experience as a corporate communications consultant for corporate leaders. Paul is also an 1880 member.

SCANNING THE BODY MEDITATION with Tara Melwani 12pm – 12.45pm
Placing your attention on different parts of your being, begin to release the tension in your mind and body through a series of guided visualisations. As you gain clarity, the benefits extend even to aspects of your daily life. Stay for brunch with Tara after meditation. A class that is suitable for everyone and great for beginners.

Tara Melwani has taught meditation for 5 years and has been a student of meditation for 12 years. Her teachers are His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Khadrola, and Geshe Dorje Damdul. She will be gifting you with one copy of How to Meditate: A Practical Guide by Kathleen McDonald and Robins Courtin to guide you in your practice.

EVENT STYLING 101 with Nick Oxborrow, Fabulation 1pm
Be it a minor facelift or a major revamp, event styling turns dreams into reality. Dress up a space and learn how to give it a stunning visual transformation with your personal touch of magic.
Location: Private Dining Room
Nick Oxborrow is Director at Fabulation, a boutique events agency that provides event management, styling, and bespoke floral arrangement services to clients that range from Chanel to Bentley. Nick is an 1880 member and the masterful artist behind the vibrant blooms you see at the club.
