Annabel has ten years of yoga experience, and as a mother of two, she has witnessed her daughters reap the benefits of yoga in flexibility, teamwork, and overall mental and physical stamina. She is also a member of 1880.
PUBLIC SPEAKING FOR KIDS with Ganesh 10am – 11.30am
With a focus on presenting to be understood while having fun, your kids will understand their vocal toolbox and wield it powerfully: vocabulary, breathing, gestures, and tonality. Each session explores a different theme, from friendship to debate.

Location: Recovery Room
Ganesh has been training kids in schools on public speaking, confidence building, presentation skills, and critical thinking. You might recognise him as our F&B Manager at 1880.
VINYASA FLOW with Krishna 11am – 12pm
Working under the guidance of his spiritual masters, Krishna incorporates elements of yoga, meditation, holistic fitness, pilates, aerobics, and spiritual knowledge in his teaching.
GRATITUDE MEDITATION with Tara Melwani 12pm – 12.45pm

Tara Melwani has taught meditation for 5 years and has been a student of meditation for 12 years. Her teachers are His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Khadrola, and Geshe Dorje Damdul. She will be gifting you with one copy of How to Meditate: A Practical Guide by Kathleen McDonald and Robins Courtin to guide you in your practice.
