Help our kids build their imagination and strengthen their developing bodies through poses (asanas), breathing exercises, games, and storytelling all in one class.

Annabelle has ten years of yoga experience, and as a mother of two, she has witnessed her daughters reap the benefits of yoga in flexibility, teamwork, and overall mental and physical stamina. She is a member of 1880.
VINYASA FLOW with Krishna 11am – 12pm
Working under the guidance of his spiritual masters, Krishna incorporates elements of yoga, meditation, holistic fitness, pilates, aerobics, and spiritual knowledge in his teaching.
