Too Much, or Not Quite Enough: a Tequila-Pairing Dinner

By December 26, 2018 No Comments
Rumour has it: the best tequilas in Mexico are not for sale. In rare instances, they are privately sold to a few select groups. The Código 1530 is one of them. Produced with techniques perfected over five generations by a local Amatitán family, the tequila appeals to discerning tastebuds that honour heritage, refinement, and authenticity. Experience various expressions of the Código 1530 with food pairings by Executive Chef Colin Buchan. You might even get to buy some after dinner.

Welcome drinks from 7pm, dinner will be served at 7.30pm.
