Voices in a Silent World

“A feminist is any woman who tells the truth about her life.” – Virgina Woolf

Survivors of violence, victims of trafficking, minority women, and foreign domestic workers. Who will speak up for them, even when their shackles are different from our own? What is most important to us must be spoken, made verbal, and shared. We will not stop until every woman is freed.

These women are elevating other women through their work, art, and life:

Lydia Bowden (Director of Strategic Partnerships, International Justice Mission)

Jacqueline Loh (CEO, aidha)

Abigail Han (Artist and Programme Curator, 1880)

Christina Liew (Social Justice Advocate and Leadership Team, Lean In Singapore)

In honour of International Women’s Day 2019.
