How do you shave time off your personal best and shed kilos faster? Learn how to engage internal switches while pounding the pavement to effectively generate energy from fat. Improve the quality of your run through heart rate training to burn more in a short time.

Ben Pulham is the founder of Coached, a heart rate training programme that helps you optimise, track, and enjoy your training. A former elite triathlete who has represented New Zealand at Triathlon World Championships, World Cups, and in the Olympic Trials, Ben is an endurance coach who has worked with thousands of athletes and global brands such as Nike, Under Armour, and BMW.

Natalie Dau, or @rockstararms, is our 1880 Wellness Resident. She is a game changer in fitness and health across Asia, competing at multiple Spartan Race Elite World Championships, a 2-time Asian CrossFit champion in her age group, a Training for Warriors coach, PT, Group Trainer and Sports Nutritionist, and also a mother to a 9-year-old.
