Gut health is the cornerstone to our wellbeing and immunity. Some of the most common health issues we deal with today can be directly linked to our food choices and digestive system. What are some natural remedies to heal our gut? How can we eat differently to boost our energy and immunity?

Karin Reiter has been a functional medicine and culinary nutritionist for over 13 years. Her journey into nutrition started when she was diagnosed with her first automimmune disease (Hashimoto’s) at the age of 18, and her second autoimmune disease (Celiac Disease) following the birth of her second child. She provides simple, practical, and ongoing solutions to improve her clients’ health.

Natalie Dau, or @rockstararms, is our 1880 Wellness Resident. She is a game changer in fitness and health across Asia, competing at multiple Spartan Race Elite World Championships, a 2-time Asian CrossFit champion in her age group, a Training for Warriors coach, PT, Group Trainer and Sports Nutritionist, and also a mother to a 9-year-old.
