Wild Encounters with Fine Art Photographer David Yarrow

By December 26, 2018 No Comments
Living in an instant world that constantly confronts us with content and images, how do you pique and sustain the interest of a tough-to-please generation? David Yarrow has this to say about photographing wildlife, “if your pictures aren’t good enough, you’re not close enough”. Come face to face with this ambitious daredevil, award-winning fine art photographer, and conservationist as he shares about his audacious adventures in documenting the natural world. His evocative and immersive photography of both the wild and story telling images seizes the attention of many and leaves us wanting more.

David Yarrow picked up photography at the young age of 20 and in recent years, he has found his true comfort zone in capturing the animal and human world in a fresh and creative way, with philanthropy and conservation central to his passion to document. Yarrow’s photography of life on earth is most distinctive and it has earned him an ever-growing following amongst art collectors. Yarrow is now represented by some of the top contemporary fine art galleries around the world and in April 2018, at the Sotheby’s Photographs auction, David’s image “The Wolf of Main Street” sold for $100,000 – the highest bid for a piece by a living photographer.
