Women of the Future

Tue, 6 Feb 2018 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

We are experiencing a unique moment in time when women from all corners of the world, from different walks of life, have united to share their experiences of sexual harassment. And to say quite clearly – together – that enough is enough. This united expression demonstrates how powerful the collective female voice can be and has clear implications for the way our future is being shaped.

  • Women already control more than one third of global wealth
  • Women are responsible for making over 80% of household purchase decisions
  • In the business world female startups receive less than 10% of the funding available, yet are responsible for 40% of all successful startups
  • More startlingly, female startups in Southeast Asia are reportedly 22% more profitable than the average male-led startupJoin us to explore how women are now leading from the front and driving change in Asia.
